Onelysium Return Policy

1. Returns Eligibility:
- Our return policy applies to all products purchased directly from Onelysium.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
- Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, customers may use up to 6 patches from a 12-patch package to trial the product. Any additional usage will render the package non-returnable.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contactus@onelysium.com within the 14-day return period.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will assist you with the return process.
- Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return/Refund Options:
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchange: If you wish to exchange the item(s), please specify your preference when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
- Packages where more than 6 sleep patches have been used.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contactus@onelysium.com with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue.
- Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference and the circumstances.
6. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
